2 packages were received today from a client from Amazon. One of them was in a bag with a "we care" label...no you don't care...if you cared about the packages your employees would've handled it with care and there would've been no damages...you need more hand to surface procedures and more package handling training!!! Just because a package is small it means that it can be thrown...and this time of year is off peak so there is no reason for my package to have gotten damaged...
The best employee here is the mail carrier Yvette. Wonderful attitude who goes the extra length to deliver my mail to my door. The downside to this Post Office is the lack of sufficient employees during rush hours and the lack of parking. The government should buy the adjacent buildings and turn it into a real parking lot. No one answers the telephone.
Trying to contact the Baldwin Park post office is USELESS. They wont answer their phones. The toll free number has a wait time of ONE HOUR. The Postal Carrier delivered various packages to my address that didn't belong to me OR my address. The carrier REFUSES to pick up and redeliver something they delivered to the wrong address!! It is SAD to see this type of service!
Like others reporting here... they keep losing my packages..
Their mail carriers consistently "lose" or deliver my packages/mail but I can't ever find it. The manager ALEX REEPOLRUJEE has supposedly been looking into my case, and apparently has been calling me for more than a week and yet my phone hasn't rung once. The staff doesn't seem to know what is going on, I get the feeling that I'm not the only person who feels this way
it shows delivered but the items never show up..
I suspect the mailman is not doing is job or taking the packages..
no wonder USPS is going down the drain.. so frustrating to deal with USPS.. you cant even contact them.
